Ear domes are small, bell-shaped silicone pieces that attach to the end of the receiver and fit in the ear canal. We know that hearing aid domes are not one-size-Soundwave ear domes come in three variations: Open Domes, Power Domes, and Tulip Domes. Our open domes have holes or openings to allow some natural noise to filter through to the ear canal. This allows some lower frequencies to dissipate and help improve sound quality. Open domes generally work best for those with mild to moderate hearing loss. Open domes can also sound more natural, because they allow more surround sounds to enter the ear. Our Soundwave Open Ear Domes come in three sizes: small (5mm), medium (7mm), and large (10mm). Soundwave Open Ear Domes are sold in sets of ten. If Open Hearing Aid Domes aren’t the right choice for you, consider Power Hearing Aid Domes or Tulip Hearing Aid Domes.
