That's why, after purchasing your Soundwave OTC Hearing Aids or other products, we've got you covered with our Limited Warranty Policy.

    What's Covered by Our Limited Warranty

    • Peace of Mind: For a period of one year after the date of purchase (warranty period), your Soundwave OTC Hearing Aids are covered against defects in materials and workmanship.
    • We've Got Your Back: If a defect appears within that time, simply send in your device! Our experts will examine them, and if it's a covered defect, we'll repair or replace them for free (proof of purchase required).

    What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover

    Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but there are some things it doesn't include:

    • Everyday Wear and Tear: Batteries, ear domes, sport locks, and wax guards are considered consumable parts and will need to be replaced regularly.
    • Accidents: We can't cover accidental damage caused by rough handling, water exposure, dropping, wax buildup, or misuse of your hearing aids.

    Life Happens: Protecting Your Hearing Beyond Warranty

    Let's face it, sometimes unexpected things happen. You might accidentally drop your hearing aid in the washing machine or your dog might decide it's a chew toy!

    That's where our partner, ESCO, comes in. They offer extended warranty coverage that goes beyond our standard warranty, protecting you from the financial burden of unexpected loss or damage to your hearing aids.

    ESCO Insurance Coverage

    For $8 per month, or $92 a year, ESCO provides comprehensive protection against accidents such as drops, spills, or unexpected pet-related incidents. You can rest easy knowing your Soundwave devices are safeguarded against unexpected loss or damage beyond repair.
