Alternatively, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will use our best efforts to respond to you within one (1) business day. We will provide you with an estimate of the cost to repair the damaged device before performing any repairs. If at our examination it is determined that the device(s) must be replaced, you will have the option to purchase a replacement.
